Intelligent security monitoring system

1. It adopts multi-stage high-efficiency hard-tooth surface transmission device and soft-tooth surface worm gear transmission to match the advanced frequency conversion control system, and the transmission efficiency is higher.

2.The frequency conversion speed regulation control system enables the motor to achieve linear speed regulation during the start and brake process, relieves the mechanical shock generated at the moment when the motor starts and stops, and improves the comfort of the whole machine. Since zero-speed braking can be achieved, the service life of the whole machine is prolonged.

3.In response to the digital management requirements of the construction site, a safety monitoring system was developed to ensure the operation specification requirements of the construction lift on the project site.

4. The intelligent control console with three-in-one automatic leveling, overload protection control, and floor call realizes the automatic leveling of the construction hoist, ensuring that the construction elevator is accurately in place and reducing the work intensity of the driver.

5. The flip door developed for the prefabricated building is safe, reliable and easy to open, which can play a role similar to the unloading platform and reduce the cost of project construction.

6. For high-rise and super high-rise buildings, a cable trolley system has been developed to reduce the impact of the cable’s own weight on the construction elevator.

7. The core components are delivered modularly, and the operating conditions of the transmission mechanism and its control system have been adjusted before leaving the factory. The core components are delivered as a whole modular installation and can be used after installation without adjustment.
