Product features
(1) The derrick of the derrick elevator is changed to a standard section-attached wall guide rail to make the installation quick and convenient. Because the attached wall is used to fix the standard section and the building, the cargo construction hoist is more reliable than the wire rope derrick.
(2) The anti-falling safety device is installed to make the cargo construction elevator safer. When the downward running speed of the hoisting cage reaches 1.6 times the normal operating speed due to abnormal reasons, the anti-falling safety device will act to stop the hoisting cage. .
(3) Stable performance, safe and reliable, flexible handling, strong adaptability, can greatly improve work efficiency, reduce the labor intensity of construction personnel, is an ideal replacement product for derrick lift.
(4) Strong versatility. The conventional dual-purpose construction hoist transmission mechanism, standard section, and wall bracket on the market can all be used for cargo construction hoist.
(5) A visual video monitor is added to the hoisting cage, which can monitor the specific conditions in the hoisting cage at any time (whether there are people, the situation of cargo in and out, whether the delivery door is closed), to ensure the safe use of the cargo construction elevator. The operation console is located on the ground, and the condition of the cage is understood through the video monitor, and the operation and stop of the cage are operated up and down, which improves the operating comfort of the operator.
Power supply equipment performance
1.The power supply voltage is 380 volts, allowing ± 10%;
2.The power supply frequency is 50 Hz;
3.The power supply cable adopts a three-phase five-wire system, and the grounding and neutral wires are strictly separated, and the grounding wire- -One end is connected to the ground terminal of the electrical cabinet, and the other end is connected to the ground wire of the power supply system.
