Liang Fashen walked into the production workshop, the delivery site and the construction site of the corridor plant to learn more about the production facilities, process layout, and corridor plant construction, and put forward six requirements for the next step. First, we must strictly implement supporting production. The production and stocking must be planned according to the order, and the daily production task table must be refined. Second, we must strictly control inventory. There is no requirement for delivery and stocking, and outsourcing components are not allowed to enter the factory. Third, we must strengthen delivery site management. The components should be placed neatly and horizontally and vertically. It is necessary to clean up and rectify the dead corners of the site in time, and continuously improve the appearance of the factory. Fourth, we must do a good job in the protection of open-air raw materials. For raw materials that are not available in the near future, they must be shot blasted first. Fifth, we must do a good job of new process planning. It is necessary to combine N-series products with the upcoming release chain, lay out towards the direction of intelligent chemical factories, and actively use robotic welding instead of manual welding. Sixth, we must strengthen staff training. It is necessary to carry out management knowledge and operation skills training in a targeted manner to create an efficient execution team.
