The electronic control system has the following technical characteristics
1. Brake failure protection function:
when the mechanism generates abnormal speed (usually after the brake is braked), when the abnormal speed reaches a certain value, the inverter can detect the abnormality in the power-on mode. Under normal circumstances, the inverter will control the motor output Large torque stops the mechanism and outputs an alarm signal.
2. Anti-twist function:
The inverter has a built-in anti-twist function, which can reduce the twisting of the standard section of the tower body and thus reduce the probability of loosening the tightening screws, make the tower crane safer and more reliable, increase the life of the standard section and reduce safety accidents.
3. Constant power function:
The inverter has built-in automatic constant power control module, the inverter can determine the load size (cargo weight) well during acceleration, and automatically adjust the output frequency according to the load size, greatly improving the working efficiency of lifting equipment .
4. Anti-hanging function:
When the hook, lanyard or cargo of the hoisting mechanism of the crane hangs a heavy object during the upward movement, the inverter can output an alarm signal and give shutdown protection to avoid safety accidents.
5. Ant speed operation (ultra-low-speed full-load operation):
The hoisting mechanism can be operated at a low-speed full-load below 0.5 Hz, and as low as 0.1 Hz for some applications. When the driver selects “slow speed”, the driver will then operate the lifting master handle, and the running speed at this time is 1% of the full-load running speed.
6. Smooth lifting function:
The inverter has a built-in smooth lifting function, which does not require the operator to jog to pre-tension the wire rope. It can be lifted at full speed. The inverter will automatically reduce the speed when the load increases to tension the wire rope, and then accelerate the lifting.

1. The side sliding window is humanized, and the sunscreen is added;
2. A coat hook is added inside the cab for the operator of the tower crane;
3. Add a file box inside the cab for the tower operator to place some drawings and documents daily;
● The jacking oil cylinder is placed in the center of the tower, and no direction is limited in installation and dismantlement.
● The standard sections can be moved in and out in any angle in 360° to realize all-orientated free installation and dismantlement.
● The jacking gravity rests on the center of the tower body to enable stabler and safer installing, dismantling, lifting up and down.
● The standard sections of tower are of leaf type to reduce space of shipment and storage, thus to decrease the cost of shipment and storage.
